Skydive Cancellation PolicySkydiving is a weather dependent activity and due to the fact that our weather can change very quickly we will only confirm your jump an hour before your booking time. Generally speaking we are unable to jump in low cloud, rain or high winds. You don’t pay for your skydive until after you have jumped so if we do need to postpone your skydive you can , however we do ask that you trust us with the weather decisions made – if its good to jump we will , if its not , we wont , its as simple as that – we want you to have as much fun as we do !! Gift vouchersGift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, They are not refundable but are transferable. They also carry a 100kg weight limit for the skydive. These can be purchased over the phone ( Freephone 0800 92 16 500 ) and generally take 3 working days to get to you. PaymentWe accept Visa and Mastercard. There is a 1.5 % surcharge on all Mastercard and Visa transactions , all cash and EFTPOS transactions are free of transaction surcharges! Refund or Returns PolicyIf you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we will be happy to give you a full refund if you return the goods undamaged to us within 14 days. In the event of faulty items, we will exchange them in the first instance. Please notify us by email giving the reason why you are dissatisfied with the goods, before you return them.
