This 1-day skydiving course teaches you everything you need to know including how to exit the plane, how to fly a specific body position, how to fly and land your parachute safely. At the end of the day you are ready to throw yourself out of a plane and start your journey to skydiving solo.
Your first jump
Following successful completion of the AFF Training Course you are ready to skydive and you will take to the skies to do your Level 1 AFF jump (weather permitting). During your 45 seconds of free fall you will respond to hand signals to adjust your body position, keep altitude awareness and deploy your parachute before flying it down yourself.
Following successful completion of your AFF Level 1 skydive you will be debriefed by your instructor then how often you jump, is dependent on your availability. You need to book in advance for your skydives, which can be done by contacting the reception team and all these details will be explained to you during the initial AFF Training Course. There are 8 levels to complete before you are ready to skydive solo. Each AFF Level is captured on camera in high definition, so your instructor can debrief each level and you can relive each moment again and again as well as share your achievements with family and friends.
